What areas do you service?
We service many neighborhoods and areas throughout WNC including Asheville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Marion, and Arden. Our equipment is a trailer pulled by a truck so some areas are inaccessible to us due to steep or narrow roads. If you are interested in our service but don't know if we can access you, just reach out and we'll look into it right away.
When will you clean my bin?
We provide trash can cleaning services the day AFTER your regular trash pickup so just leave your empty bin at the curb after trash pickup and we will clean it the next day.
What if my bin isn’t out or you can’t access it?
If we can’t access the bin(s), we won’t be able to complete the cleaning. The easiest fix is to reach out and we’ll help you reschedule.
Can you clean more than one bin?
Yes! If you have multiple residential trash bins, we can clean them in the same visit. Pricing for additional bins is listed on our Services & Pricing page.
How does the 3-month minimum work for the monthly plan?
The monthly plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can continue monthly service based on your needs. If you’re unsure what plan fits best, call/text and we’ll help you choose.
Do you offer quarterly or on demand cleanings?
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and on demand options so you can pick what matches your schedule.
I’m not sure which plan to choose—can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us how many bins you have and what you’re dealing with (odor, buildup, garage storage, etc.), and we’ll recommend the best option.
Is my credit card information safe with you?
Yes, we maintain the confidentiality of all your information. We utilize a secure, PCI-compliant processor to encrypt your data, ensuring that your full card number remains hidden from our view.
